at the Technology Development Group (TDG), we employ Professional Engineers to design all aspects of the manufacturing process. Professional Softwares are utilized for Product Design, Mold Design, Electrode Design CNC Programming, CMM Programming and Mold Flow Simulation / Analysis.
Management is committed to play a lead role in the Cross Technical Training of personnels from the different operating departments as required, to allow them to use to the fullest these acquired technical skills in their respective operation departments.
Progressive follow-up is made in developing their skills to allow these men and women the opportunity to improve and grow in their area of work. We only employ staffs who are highly versatile and are skilled individuals with strong Engineering / Manufacturing
background possessing either an Engineering degree or had undergone formal Education.
